Arnold & Itkin LLP attorneys Jason Itkin, Kurt Arnold, and Cory Itkin recovered $1.45 million on behalf of an injured Jones Act seaman. The case settled just days before going to trial. Our client was severely injured when he fell out of the ship's trash dumpster which had been suspended in the air. He broke his hip and wrist in the fall and developed Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome.
