Arnold & Itkin LLP represents contractor exposed during tank cleaning at Motiva Port Arthur facility
The maritime law firm of Arnold & Itkin LLP has filed suit on behalf of a contractor who was injured due to Motiva's inadequate safety practices at its Port Arthur, Texas refining facility. The plaintiff was a tank cleaner and was given inadequate equipment to protect him from the dangerous chemicals in the tanks. The jobs were supervised by Motiva safety men who were aware of and condoned the unsafe practices.
